Interdistrict Enrollment:
For transfer TO Findlay City Schools

Students in Kindergarten through 12th grade living outside of the Findlay City Schools district who wish to attend Findlay City Schools must submit an Interdistrict Enrollment application.

The application is open March 1st-April 30th each year, and must be completed by the parent(s)/guardian(s). Families will be notified of acceptance or denial by June 15th.

Intradistrict Enrollment:
For transfer WITHIN Findlay City Schools

Students within the Findlay City Schools district who wish to attend a different school than their school of residence must submit an Intradistrict Enrollment application.

The application is open March 1st-April 30th each year, and must be completed by the parent(s)/guardian(s). amilies will be notified of acceptance or denial by June 15th.

Findlay City Schools is excited to welcome the Class of 2039 in the fall of 2026!  Due to a new state law, children will now need to be 5 years of age as of the first day of school — August 13, 2026, for the upcoming school year — to be eligible for kindergarten. This is a change from previous years.
